Privacy Policy
LongPro Investments, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates CalenCall, the AI phone receptionist service available at calencall.com and through the CalenCall iOS app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and how you can request deletion or other privacy help.
1. Information we collect
- Account and business profile information: business name, owner email, encrypted password, account role, business type, timezone, service catalog, business hours, and related account setup details.
- Contact and customer records: names, phone numbers, email addresses, company details, service notes, websites, and service addresses that you store in CalenCall.
- Appointment and scheduling data: caller names, phone numbers, requested services, appointment times, notes, service addresses, Google Calendar sync state, and related scheduling records.
- Call and message data: call metadata, call recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and SMS content or metadata that are part of CalenCall voice and messaging workflows.
- Connected account data: Google Calendar OAuth status, encrypted Google access and refresh tokens, and selected calendar sync settings.
- Notification and device data: Apple push notification tokens, VoIP tokens, platform/environment values, and operational delivery metadata used to send alerts or support calling features.
- Subscription and payment metadata: Stripe customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, plan/tier, billing status, and related account subscription records. We do not state here that CalenCall stores raw card numbers because our current billing flow is Stripe-hosted.
- Support and diagnostic information: support emails, deletion requests, operational logs, security and backup diagnostics, and other records needed to support, secure, and operate the service.
2. Information accessed on your iPhone
The iOS app may request access to local Contacts, Calendar, Microphone, Speech Recognition, notifications, and VoIP calling features.
- Contacts: used to help you reach people faster from the native app. Based on our current product behavior, local device contacts stay on-device unless you separately enter or sync equivalent information into CalenCall records.
- Calendar: used to write approved appointment events to the calendar you choose on your device.
- Microphone and speech recognition: used for voice and speech-input features in the native app.
3. SMS messaging and consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during account setup, you expressly consent to receive text message notifications from LongPro Investments, LLC regarding your CalenCall account activity. These notifications may include missed call alerts, new appointment confirmations, caller messages, and appointment reminders.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your call volume.
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS notifications in your CalenCall account settings.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
- No marketing: We will not use your mobile number to send marketing or promotional messages. SMS notifications are transactional and related to account activity.
4. How we use information
- To provide and operate the CalenCall phone receptionist, appointment, transcript, calendar, support, and notification features.
- To connect and maintain third-party services such as Google Calendar, Twilio calling and SMS, Stripe billing, and Postmark email delivery.
- To send account, appointment, support, and operational communications.
- To monitor reliability, investigate incidents, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain backups, and secure the service.
- To improve product quality and diagnose technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Service providers and other processing partners
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for third-party marketing. Mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share data only as needed to operate CalenCall, including with:
- Twilio: voice, call metadata, call recordings, transcripts, SMS content and metadata, and related communication workflows.
- OpenAI: AI processing for summaries, transcripts, and related assistant behavior.
- Google OAuth and Google Calendar APIs: connected-calendar authorization, token handling, and appointment sync.
- Stripe: subscription and billing workflows.
- Postmark: transactional email delivery.
- Apple Push Notification service, PushKit, and CallKit: push and VoIP delivery to Apple devices.
- Hosting, database, backup, and security infrastructure providers: the vendors we use to host, store, protect, and operate CalenCall.
6. Retention
- Account and business records: retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, and legal compliance.
- Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 90 days by default unless a different retention need applies.
- Support and deletion requests: retained as operational records so we can document what was requested and how we responded.
- Operational logs, security records, and backups: may remain for limited periods even after deletion requests while required for security, resilience, restoration, or legal obligations.
7. Account deletion and privacy choices
If you want to request deletion of your CalenCall account or related data, use the in-app Settings entry or go directly to /account-deletion. Deletion requests are reviewed and may require verification. We do not promise immediate erasure where retention is still required for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security investigations, or backup restoration windows.

8. Security
We use TLS encryption, access controls, signed sessions, encrypted token storage for supported integrations, and related security measures designed to protect CalenCall data. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
9. Children's privacy
CalenCall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We may notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
