2. SMS Messaging & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during account setup, you expressly consent to receive text message notifications from LongPro Investments, LLC regarding your CalenCall account activity. These notifications may include missed call alerts, new appointment confirmations, caller messages, and appointment reminders.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your call volume. You may receive multiple messages per day.
- Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS notifications in your CalenCall account settings. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
- No marketing: We will not use your mobile number to send marketing or promotional messages. SMS notifications are strictly transactional and related to your account activity.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the CalenCall AI receptionist service.
- To send SMS and email notifications about calls, appointments, and account activity (with your consent).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To improve our service, train AI models, and diagnose technical issues.
