Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CalenCall ("Service"), operated by LongPro Investments, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of service
CalenCall provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers inbound calls, captures appointment requests, syncs approved appointments, and sends notifications to business owners. The Service may use automated voice AI, SMS, email, push notifications, Google Calendar integrations, and related operational tooling.
2. Account registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- One account per business. You may not share account access with parties outside your organization.
3. SMS communications
The LongPro Investments, LLC CalenCall Notifications SMS program sends transactional text message notifications related to your CalenCall account. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during account setup, you consent to receive SMS notifications from LongPro Investments, LLC, including:
- Missed call alerts and caller messages
- New appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders sent to your customers on your behalf
- Account and billing alerts
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your call volume, appointment activity, and account activity. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS notifications, or disable SMS in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS communications are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CalenCall to:
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
5. Subscription and billing
- CalenCall is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on the first of each billing period.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Call recording and AI processing
Calls handled by CalenCall may be recorded and processed by AI systems to generate transcripts, summaries, and appointment data. You are responsible for informing your callers that calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual property
CalenCall and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, AI models, branding, and content. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service, subject to the rights required to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate in all cases.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalenCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed appointments, or data loss.
11. Suspension, cancellation, and account deletion
You may request account deletion from the app's native Settings screen or directly at /account-deletion. Signing out does not delete your account. Verified deletion requests may still be subject to retention obligations for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or backup restoration. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CalenCall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may provide notice of material changes by email.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
